With our “Refer a Friend” program, if you’re currently living in a Joivy property, you can earn up to €400 in digital vouchers for every friend you refer who signs a lease with us.

How much can you earn? Depending on the length of your friend’s lease, you can receive between €100 and €400. Once the lease is signed, your voucher will be sent to you via email. Easy, right?

Who can join the program? This offer is exclusively for current Joivy tenants with an active rental contract. If you’re already living with us, you’re good to go!

How to join in? It couldn’t be simpler:

• Tell a friend, colleague, or anyone you know who’s looking for a place about Joivy
• Invite them to browse our housing options at joivy.com or reach out to us directly
• Important: your friend must mention your full name before signing the contract — that’s how we link the referral to you!

A few things to keep in mind:

• The offer is valid for new leases signed and active by June 30, 2025
• Your friend must be a new contact, not someone already in touch with Joivy
• Your full name must be provided before the contract is signed
• The voucher will be sent to you via email after the new tenant has signed the contract.
• The voucher can be redeemed from a selection of digital vouchers (e.g., Amazon) available at the time of issue. Options may vary depending on availability.
