DoveVivo invests in the ALTIDO group
ALTIDO (now part of the Joivy Group) is one of the largest companies in Europe specializing in short-term rental management.
Real estate assets are leased for short and medium terms, for both leisure and business travel, through the most famous online booking portals and the stayaltido.com website. The company also offers property owners flexible management of their assets to optimize their performance. The company's portfolio is increasingly diversified and includes apartments, townhouses, aparthotels, hotels, and apartments intended for both urban and leisure markets.
The operation involves reinvestment of capital by the ALTIDO management team in DoveVivo (now both part of the Joivy Group). The reference shareholder of the group will remain DV Holding S.p.A., a vehicle controlled by founders Valerio Fonseca and William Maggio, along with minority partner Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A.
This operation follows the investment by the American fund Starwood Capital Group in DoveVivo (now part of the Joivy Group) to promote geographical and business expansion opportunities.
HEARING FROM THE KEY PLAYERS
Valerio Fonseca, our Founder & CEO, comments: "We are very proud of this industrial and strategic operation, to which the entire team believed and worked intensely for much of 2021. It allows us to create a unique entity in the European landscape. The combination of strong experiences and highly complementary know-how developed in the living sector will position us in the next three years as the reference player to support both residential product management and the massive investments planned in this sector."
Davide Ravalli, Co-Founder & Head of Sales and M&A at ALTIDO (now part of the Joivy Group), comments: "Becoming part of this project is a great stimulus for all of us. The months of intense work leading to the completion of the operation have laid solid foundations for a highly cohesive management team strongly focused on the common goal, namely, to create the leading European player capable of offering its stakeholders highly profitable 'mixed-used' management while ensuring a unique user experience."
