The 2022 turnover has grown by 120%
We conclude 2022 with a turnover of approximately 90 million euros, representing a growth rate of over 120% compared to the previous year. Gross Booking Value reaches 120 million euros, thanks to significant business development in the short-term rental unit management by the subsidiary ALTIDO (now part of the Joivy Group).
The growth has been exponential in all six countries where we operate (Italy, France, Spain, England, Scotland, and Portugal), with some markets even tripling their turnover, such as Portugal and Scotland. Throughout the year, strategic openings were also carried out in locations like Dublin, Oxford, and Ferrara, contributing to the goal of building the largest residential management platform in Europe.
150,000 CUSTOMERS IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS

This includes a diverse population of students, young professionals, as well as digital nomads traveling for work or pleasure, and travelers looking for places to call home. Our solutions cater to the desire for shared living experiences in shared apartments, buildings with common areas, and student housing, as well as the desire to travel and discover new cities with a portfolio of over 2,000 vacation homes.
A WORD FROM THE PROTAGONISTS
Valerio Fonseca, Founder and CEO of DoveVivo (now part of the Joivy Group), states: "2022 has been a pivotal year in the development of the industrial project we presented at the beginning of the year. It marks not only the transition from co-living to a living company but also international expansion and an increase in services dedicated to property owners, investors, and end customers. In 2023, we will continue our development in all markets with various product lines, positioning ourselves increasingly as a strong and strategic partner for national and international operators and investors in the real estate world."
