Purpose of the processing

The personal data provided is processed to carry out your request. The provision of data is necessary to process it. The legal basis is found in Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of Regulation 2016/679/EU.

With the consent of the data subject:

the data may be processed to send communications for direct marketing purposes, such as newsletters, invitations to events, commercial information, relating to the Group to which the company belongs, transmitted by e-mail, post, text message and telephone

The processing for the purposes referred to in this point is only subject to your specific consent (art. 6, para. 1 lett. a of EU Regulation 2016/679).

Consent can be revoked at any time by writing to privacy@joivy.com, also with reference to a specific processing method.

Recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data may be disclosed

The data are processed by Dovevivo's employees and collaborators in compliance with the instructions given.

The data may be communicated to third parties to whom Dovevivo entrusts the performance of certain activities that operate as Data Processors (such as the company that provides IT services).

Retention period

Personal data will be kept for one year from the request by the data subject.

The data processed with the consent of the data subject are kept for two years from the last interaction/request by the data subject.

Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her is being processed and, in this case, has the right to:

obtain access to your personal data, request the rectification or erasure of your personal data or the restriction of processing of your personal data or object to their processing;

to receive the personal data concerning him or her in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and has the right to transmit such data to another controller (data portability);

be informed of the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling;

if expressed, withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;

lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
